Although Dan Harmon was the showrunner for seasons 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 ofCommunity, he didn’t work on season 4. David Guarascio and Moses Port were the showrunners for season 4. While fans didn’t enjoy season 6 as much as the others and it moved to Yahoo, it’s still a meaningful and moving group of episodes and the series finale attempts to give the characters a proper goodbye. While many fans felt that the finale could have been better, it’s still a chance to think about wherethe popularCommunitycharacterscould end up.

There is no other sitcom that explores life at a community college. It uniquely portrays adults who can’t help acting like kids sometimes while still trying to find themselves and explore the world around them.

Even if fans prefer seasons 1 through 5 ofCommunity, season 6 is still worth watching because Dan Harmon wanted the episodes to remind viewers of the very first season. As he toldThe Hollywood Reporter:

“The philosophy for season six was really to make it have a season-one feel. In season one, we really tried to get outside one of the five days of the week for the episode so the show would feel like you were in reality and not someSaved by the Belllockdown.”

Best Episodes of Community

There are manygreat episodes ofCommunity, including parody episodes. One of the most moving episodes isseason 1, episode 3, “Introduction to Film.” Britta is there for Abed when he wants to take a film class and his father believes that he should only cover classes that will lead to a career. Even theCommunityactors have their own favorite episodes. Gillian Jacobs toldVarietythat she lovesseason 3, episode 4 called “Remedial Chaos Theory,“which is definitely one of the most memorable episodes. She said:

“We were shooting scenes from it the week it aired on TV. We continued to pick up shots from it at midnight. That felt like it was going to break our minds, that my mind would crack in half and a bunch of gobbledygook would spill out. But it’s such an amazing episode. I feel such pride about it.”

In the episode, the group celebrates the fact that Abed and Troy have just moved in together. When their pizza arrives, they find a creative solution to figuring out which character will get the pizza. After rolling a dice, seven timelines play out, and they are all strange and quirky.
