AFK Journey Acorns Explained
InAFK Journey,Acorns are Ascension Shards. They enable you toAscend a hero’s tierand consequently enhance their Power. There are four Faction-Tied Acorns, each tailored to upgrade a specific hero type: Graveborn, Mauler, Wilder, and Lightbearer. Additionally, there’s the Omni Acorn, which can replicate all other faction-tied boosters.
Acorns cannot be used on Celestial and Hypogen heroes. The only way to Ascend them is by using Dupes.
Best Ways to Get Acorns Faster
There are five common ways to earn Acorns inAFK Journey:Recruitment, Shopping, Guilds, Battle Modes, and theNobel Path. Players are also likely to find these boosters inrandom Treasure Chestsscattered around the map.
Recruit More Heroes
Invitations can transform to Acorn. When employing regular or Epic Invite Letters, there’s a potential of up to a 70% chance of obtaining at least one Acorn, irrespective of its faction. Hence,recruiting more heroes heightens the likelihood of acquiring Ascension boostersfor other characters.

Shop for Acorns at Emporium
The Guild Store and Recruitment Store at Emporium sell Acorns. In the Guild Store, you use Guild Medals (obtained by completing Guild Quests) to purchase Acorns. Meanwhile, in the Recruitment Store, the accepted currency is Dolly Tickets.These tickets are used to acquire invitations, which you may use to recruit more heroes and earn additional Acorns.
The items in the Guild Store rotate regularly, meaning Acorns may not be available for purchase at all times. If this is the case, simply wait for 24 hours and revisit the shop to check for availability.
Claim Nobel Path Acorn Prizes
Check the free battle pass awards for more Acorns. While the paid pass, Secret Travelogue, offers a higher chance of yielding Ascension boosters as your characters level up, the free-to-play rewards are also lucrative.
Join a Guild for Acorn Loot
Weekly Guild Chests yield Acorns. By joining a group, you can participate in weekly challenges and contribute to the Guild Chest. This chest is opened every Monday, granting recruitment items such as Acorns. You can also engage in Battler Drills at the Guild, yielding Acorns upon each conquest.
In the Battler Drills, choose the Reputation Treasure to earn the most Acorns.
Play Legend Trial & Arcane Labyrinth
Two Battle Modes that reward you with Acorns are Legend Trial and Arcane Labyrinth. Legend Trial is a Tower Quest featuring limited heroes and progressively challenging enemies. Arcane Labyrinth, on the other hand, is a maze-like arena where you can alter the paths of rewards after each battle. Participation and progression in both of these modes grant free Acorns.

Best Ways to Spend Acorns in AFK Journey
Acorns are valuable items worth saving. You’ll require numerous acorns to upgrade your heroes to higher levels. Specifically, you should aim to gather 200 Acorns for each A-Level hero’s upgrade and 350 Acorns for S-Level heroes’.
Onlyutilize Faction-tied or Omni Acorns when acquiring a practical Supreme+ hero, one who’s a solid part of your formation. A-Level characters do not necessitate Acorn boosters until reaching the Mythic rarity. It is only at that stage that they require 200 Acorns specific to their class or the corresponding Omni version.
