It’s worth noting that a single hit seems to put down the zombies for good, with certain well-placed strikes even causing them to turn into pulp. Moreover, this unique Sledgehammer attribute ensures that the weapon not only deals high damage, but also helps clear the player’s perimeter by sending the immediate enemy flying. The over-the-top effect also fits perfectly into the surreal Zombies mode.
Players can use three different ways to attack with the Sledgehammer, which include overhead attack, normal swings, and pole-butting attack. They can also claim the Dubs Dubs Dubs weapon skin for it by doing Sledgehammer-related challenges. Once Season 4 bows out, the melee weapon will move intoCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s Armory Unlock system.
