ACall of Duty: Warzoneglitch has popped up that, unlikeother glitches that give players unfair advantages, actually hurts a more virtuous part of the playerbase. This bug has gone relatively unnoticed by Raven Software, mainly due to how specific the occurrence is.

Many players have become frustrated with the glitches inCall of Duty: Warzone. Despite the acclaim for the treasured FPS, the game has been marred with bugs and glitches since release. These range from extra armor plates beyond the maximum amount to free advanced UAVs that reveal all enemy locations. This one, while no where near as advantageous, still does its part in disrupting the gaming experience.

In a clip posted to Reddit, benjigoodson showed their bad experience with C4 and a supposedly broken window. Positioned on the second floor of a house, the Redditor was promptly engaged by another player in the front yard. In retaliation, benjigoodson attempted to throw C4 through the window but instead of sailing through and landing in front of the enemy, the explosive froze in mid-air, landing onan invisible wall.

Unfortunately, the player detonated the lethal C4 before comprehending what had transpired, resulting in an untimely death. In the comment section below, other players corroborated what happened in the video, even stating that shooting through the window and even pings on enemy players don’t work as intended. While some suspect that the glitch just recently popped up, others have stated that it’s been in the game for some time, though only applicable to windows in that area of the map.

This glitch is only the next issue on a list that appears to keep growing with no end in sight. Raven Software keeps an active Trello board that displays known bugs and glitches to keep the community updated, and even thoughthe developers announced that they had fixed several of them, it’s clear they still have a lot more to go.

Bugs of this kind aren’t new to the game, asWarzoneis littered with areas wherethe in-game textures suddenly misbehave. There’s no telling when Raven Software will tackle the issue of invisible broken windows, though it might not be any time soon. In the meantime, any connoisseurs of the C4 explosive might want to check twice to make sure they have a clear trajectory.

Call of Duty: Warzoneis available right now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
