As a part of theBreaking the Ice quest for Elsa, players need to upgrade their royal pickaxe so that they can use it to break the ice chunks blocking the Ice Cavern. However, this upgrade requires a certain potion, i.e., the Warmth of Summer potion. The latter is a craftable material and requires a number of ingredients for its crafting. Warmth of Summer Potion Recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The recipe for the Warmth of Summer potion calls for the following ingredients:
Collecting the Required Ingredients
To get the first ingredient on the list, the Vial of Ocean Water, go to Dazzle Beach and walk along the shore leading towards the Goofy’s Stall. Before players reach the stall, they will notice sparkling water. Once found, simply collect it and proceed to the next ingredient.
While Dreamers are in Dazzle Beach, they can also find the next required item: sunflowers. Upon finding them, collect the required number of sunflowers and head to the Forest of Valor biome to get the next ingredient. Once there, look for the lemon trees andpick two lemons. Apart from the Forest of Valor, lemons can also be found in the Glade of Trust.
Now, for the sugarcane, visit Goofy’s shop in Dazzle Beach and buy two sugarcane seeds for five Star Coins each. Sow them and wait for seven minutes until they sprout. After collecting the sugarcane, players will be left with only one ingredient, garlic, which can be found in the Forest of Valor. Pick three garlic cloves from the ground and head to a crafting station.
Crafting the Warmth of the Summer Potion
With all the required ingredients in hand, open the Potion & Enchantments tab and make the Warmth of Summer potion. Once crafted, bring the potion to Elsa, who will use itto upgrade the pickaxe. This will be a permanent upgrade and will allow players to break the huge ice chunks easily.
