The Seasons expansion pack added holidays toThe Sims 4. Not only does it include various pre-made holidays like Harvestfest and Winterfest, it also lets gamers create their ownSims 4holidays. One of the most exciting times inThe Sims 4is when Harvestfest rolls around, as Sims can gather their families and enjoy a grand meal together.
During this time, gnomes will appear around player’s homes, and they can gift them, which will either appease them or make them angry. This guide will tell players what they must give each gnome to appease inThe Sims 4Seasons.

Updated on August 04, 2025, by Ashely Claudino:This guide has been updated with higher quality images and changes to improve readability. The gnomes mentioned below are part of the Seasons DLC, as they’re related to holiday tasks. However, there are two additional gnomes: one added with Growing Together and another one added with Cottage Living.
The Sims 4 Gnomes
The Sims 4Seasons spawns gnomes during Harvestfest and any other holidays that might have the “Holiday Gnomes” trait, and in these cases, appeasing the gnomes will be one of the criteria for a successful holiday. On top of this, pleased gnomes will grant the player seed packets as a thank you gift. Players can offer gnomes any of the following items by interacting with them:
Sims 4gnomes won’t react the same way to each item; they have different tastes, so gamers will have to pick an item that suits their preferences. There are 12 different gnomes inThe Sims 4, and they all have a chance to appear during Harvestfest, so fans should make note of their favorite items.

Happy Gnomiversary!
In addition to being adorable lawn ornaments, some of the gnomes ofThe Sims 4have hilarious Build/ Buy names as well. The Happy Gnomiversary! holds a party horn and cake and is a perfect whimsical addition to any lot.
To appease this gnome inThe Sims 4Seasons, players need to give it coffee. If not, they’ll face the wrath of an angry gnome breaking items around the lot.

There’s No Place Like Gnome
This gnome is cute enough to fit in with any yard but may feel more at home in a Kansas-style build or something modeled afterThe Wizard of Oz. There’s No Place Like Gnome can also be appeased with coffee to ensure an angelic halo appears over their cap.
Gnome Matter What, I’m Still Your Baby
Despite the hilarious name, this gnome can also be appeased with coffee. Its outstretched arms are a great addition to any garden or lawn decoration.
Happy Gnome Garden Pal
This gnome looks as if he’s lifting up its beard to show everyone its full smile. It’s certainly cheery and happy and will be sure to provide garden seeds if appeased properly with coffee.
Strictly Business Gnome
One of the more formally attired gnomes, the Strictly Business Gnome carries a briefcase and dons a tiny suit. This statue is more niche than some others available, but as long as it’s appeased with coffee it’s an excellent addition to any Sim home.
Bearly Gnome
The Bearly Gnome looks as if it’s wearing one of the bear costumes available to Sims in-game. To match its fun appearance, this gnome must be appeased with pie. Otherwise, Sims will face the consequences of depriving a gnome of its pie.
Don’t Fear the Reagnomper
This gnome is stylized after theSims 4Grim Reaper- it even carries a tiny scythe. It would fit in a dying garden or maybe one dedicated to plasma fruit. Don’t Fear the Reagnomper must be appeased with pie, lest he comes for the player’s Sim next with his cute lil' scythe.
Poolside Gnome
The perfect addition to a Sim’s pool landscaping, this gnome has adorable braids and a floaty. It also seems to be wearing a striped one-piece swimsuit for all its swimming needs. The Poolside Gnome must also be appeased with pie.
Mr. Floppy the Gnome
Typically found on holidays with the “Egg Hunt” and “Flower Bunny” traditions, Mr. Floppy the Gnome will appear donned in its best bunny suit. From some angles, it even looks like the iconic Social Bunny. This gnome is the only one who can be appeased with salad.
Bare Essentials Gnome
Looking just like a naked, pixelated Sim, the Bare Essentials Gnome is a hilarious, if not scandalous, addition to any Sim’s lawn. This gnome is appeased by being given a toy.
The Ghastly Ghostly Gnome
Much like Don’t Fear the Reagnomper, The Ghastly Ghostly Gnome would fit in with a dying garden, a plasma fruit garden, or even a cemetery. This gnome is one of the few who enjoys being appeased with fruitcake.
Guardian of the Gnomelaxy
Clearly a reference to theGuardians of the Galaxy, this intergalactic-looking gnome would fit right in with planted UFOs (Unidentified Fruit Objects) and Intergalactic Growth Pods. Unsurprisingly, this gnome will best be appeased with a Future Cube.
