Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockouttook the gaming world by storm when it released in August 2020, quickly catching on with streamers and content creators, causing it to explode in popularity. Versions ofFall Guyscoming to Xbox consoles and Switch have been long been a hot topic amongst fans with the nearly two-year-old game not yet seeing ports to major home consoles outside of the PS4. Mediatonic and Devolver Digital have previously confirmed that Switch and Xbox versions ofFall Guyswere in development, but neither would confirm a potential release date for the ports. However, a massive reveal from Mediatonic has now confirmed that not only isFall Guyscoming to Switch and Xbox, but the game will also be going fully free-to-play.

A recent announcement from Mediatonic officially revealed therelease dates for the PS5, Switch, Xbox, and Epic Games Store versions ofFall Guys,with each of them set to arrive on their respective platforms on June 21. The update also confirmed thatFall Guyswill be going fully free-to-play following the release of the new versions, with previous owners on PS4 and Steam set to receive a Legacy Pack of unique cosmetics as well as the first of the game’s reworked premium battle passes for free.
WithFall Guysresetting its seasons on the launch of its new “Season 1 - Free for All,“Fall Guyswill welcome the launch of the game’s new versions withfull cross-play and cross progressionfor players across all of its platforms. The game’s new Season Pass will reportedly be available for purchase by players not receiving it through the Legacy Pack with a newly-introduced premium currency called Show-Bucks. The new season will also debut new cosmetics and levels when it launches this summer.
Fall Guysfinally arriving to more consoles comes as the game has stood as one of the most iconic titles of recent years.Fall Guyshas seen worldwide recognition from both within the gaming community and beyond, receivingan entry in the Guinness Book of World Recordslast year and a Monopoly board game in January.
