Halo Infinite Killing Spree Requirements
On a surface level, earning aKilling Spree inHalo Infiniteis a straightforward task. Players simply need to earn five kills in a row to get the medal to pop, which isn’t all that difficult. It’s a mark of players being at least moderately skilled atHalo Infinite’s multiplayer sandbox, so fans can at least take pride in that. Plus, players that shut down Killing Sprees will earn Kill Joy medals, which are also nice.
However, the firstKilling Spree medalis just a stop in a long path. In reality, players are able to earn 7 other medals for Killing Sprees, capping off at 40 kills in one life. The full list of the Killing Spree medals is:
How to Earn Killing Sprees in Halo Infinite
While there’s no single trick thatHalo Infiniteplayers can use to earn Killing Sprees, there are a few key pointers that they can keep in mind to help them survive a while longer. The first, and most essential, tip is to keep moving while in gunfights. Try to make unpredictable movements from left to right while firing, though ensure to keep landing shots. It’s an easy trick to learn, but a difficult one to master.
Next, try to focus on areas of the map with a lot of angles, especially in objective game modes. Sharp corners can be a good place to find some cover, get the drop on enemies with melee moves, and post up while holding objectives like the Oddball. It gives players the edge they need to earn more kills and stay alive longer, which helps them whenHalo Infinite’s multiplayer matches by extension.
The final tip is to keep shield strength in mind during engagements. It’s easy to get too far forward with shields running on empty, which isn’t a huge deal in one-on-one scenarios, but can easily cost players a life in two-on-one scenarios, or even higher players counts. Don’t be afraid to back off from a conflict when shields are low, fleeing behind a corner, or some other obstacle. Don’t get pinned down, but let shields recharge back to full strength before engaging again.
