Summary
As with pretty much most games,Dragon’s Dogma 2has a long list of achievements, some of which are as easy as making it through the prologue, while others can cause completionists quite the headache.
While someDragon’s Dogma 2achievements are hard because they require hours of grinding, others require skilland excellent timing. However, many of the rarest achievements, unlocked by only a fraction of players, are hard to unlock because they are so random, and without foresight, players can miss them entirely.

6The Barbecue-Maister - Grill Every Type Of Meat During The Night & Day
Achievement Rate: 0.7%
There are 8 types of meat inDragon’s Dogma 2and to unlockThe Barbecue-Maisterachievement, players must cook all of them once during the day and another time at night. While the difficulty of this achievement is partly down to requiring 16 grilling sessions in total with unique meat, some of these meats aren’t just picked up and have to be specifically made.
As with manycuratives inDragon’s Dogma 2, specific recipesare needed, such as two Beast-Steaks combining to make Exquisite Dried Meat. Players will even have to cook rotten meat and suffer the Blight debuff. Additionally, this achievement must be completed before defeating the final boss, as resting at campsites is no longer an option in the aftermath.

5The Tourist - Discover 50 Dungeons
Achievement Rate: 0.4%
The Touristachievement is fairly simple in theory, players just have to discover 50 dungeons on their travels, and it is not necessary to even clear them or defeat any bosses. However, as many of these dungeons are well and truly off the beaten path, and hard to find, this quickly turns into one ofDD2’shardest achievements.
To find all caves and dungeons, players will want to pay heed to theirever-useful Pawns, who can guide the Arisen to places they discovered on their travels. They will also need to make use of abilities such as levitation to reach otherwise out-of-reach locations. A helpful tip is to approach regions from different directions and look around every corner, as new angles reveal hidden paths.

4Plenty Arisen To Go Round - Witness A Brawl Break Out In Your Dwelling Among Your Admirers
Achievement Rate: 0.3%
ThePlenty Arisen To Go Roundachievement first of allrequires the player to have their place of residence, such as the one that can be bought for 30k gold in Bakbattahl. They must also have two NPCs who are in love with them, or in other words, who have maximum affinity. To gain affinity with NPCs, players will want to give them expensive gifts on different days.
For this achievement, it is easier to romance two NPCs who can be found near the Arisen’s residence, as the player needs to physically pick them up and carry them to their home. Once both lovers are in the house, it shouldn’t take long for a fight to break out.

3An Eye For An Eye - Petrify A Medusa
An Eye for an Eyeis an achievement where players must petrify a Medusa, but this can only be achieved with a Medusa’s head, and thus players must first complete the Off With Its Head and Getting a Head achievements. A Medusa can be found in the Caliginous Depths cave, but to cut her head off, players must be a Thief and climb on her, attacking her head until it comes off. However, if the Medusa dies before she is decapitated, players will only get a Withered Medusa Head, whereas they need a Preserved one.
The Preserved Medusa Head must then be placed in storage almost immediately, lest it decays, and players must wait around seven in-game days until she respawns. When they return, players should equip the head, select the “Brandish” option in the inventory, and aim it at the Medusa to petrify her. Using Medusa’s head to instantly win fights is one of the manyhidden mechanics inDragon’s Dogma 2.
