The Cerulean Seed Talisman +1 specificallyenhances the restorative effect by 30%.Compared to the Cerulean Seed Talisman, this version of the talismanincreases the restoration by 50% more, making it a significant upgrade. The only people that should use this talisman aremage builds that rely on high FP spellsand have a large enough FP pool to take advantage of the increased restoration. The normal amount of FP restoration is more than enough for a middling mage.

Toget the Cerulean Seed Talisman +1 inShadow of the Erdtree, you must blow the whistle at the Finger Ruins of Dheo, which isa part of the Manus Metyr questline. After initiating the quest and obtaining the Hole-Laden Necklace, you need to travel to the Bonny Village, andobtain the O Mother gesturefrom the statue to the north of the site of grace.
Travel to theShadow Keep Back Gate, and perform the O Mother gesture in front of the large statue in the nearby room toreach the Hinterlands. Once in the region, go east and follow thedirection that the large fingers are pointingto reach the center of the ruins. There, interact with thelarge bell-like structureto obtain theCerulean Seed Talisman +1and advance the quest of Count Ymir.
