During a recent interview translated to English byAutomaton Media, RGG Studio Head Masayoshi Yokoyama revealed some details aboutLike A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. According to the developer, the nexttitle will be the longest game in the series. Yokoyama confirmed that finishing the game would take more than two all-night gameplay sessions. The developer also suggested that players might get sick if they attempt to complete the game in one go. WithInfinite Wealthhaving a festive atmosphere, Yokoyama hopes to provide lots of hype for it ahead of its launch.
Infinite Wealth is a monster-class game longer than anything we’ve made so far. If you go at it continuously, you’ll get sick, and it won’t end with just one or two all-nighters.

Yakuza: Like A Dragontakes over 45 hours to finishthe main story andYakuza 5provides 50 hours of campaign, soInfinite Wealthwill have to cross a high bar. As Masayoshi Yokoyama hinted,Infinite Wealthwill top both games, so it may exceed 60 hours of gameplay. Although the game’sstory and some side content have been teased, it’s currently unclear how much time players will spend elsewhere. This game will top even the latest one released by SEGA,Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.
Because the new content being teased focuses on side activities like the Dondoko Island tropical resort, it may offer more hours outside the campaign. Given thatLike A Dragon: Infinite Wealth’s Dondoko Islandoffers tons of customization, players may put more time into the side content in this game than prior ones. As someYakuzagames have taken over 100 hours to fully complete, this announcement may tease an even longer experience than that.
