ThesecondMortal Kombat 12teaserwas a little more revealing, showing a ticking clock that lingered at 11 before jumping to 1, suggesting thatMortal Kombat 12would actually be a reboot for the franchise. Come launch,Mortal Kombatfans will apparently have a $69.99 Standard Edition, $109.99 Premium Edition, and $249.99 Kollector’s Edition to choose from, while the Nintendo Switch version will cost $59.99. No PS4 or Xbox One versions were mentioned.
The leaks didn’t include much information on theMortal Kombat 1roster, but fans can expect the game to feature the must-haves and some new characters. As far as guest characters go, the leaks say that the newMortal Kombatgame will have a Character Pass that will add new fighters as DLC, with Peacemaker and Homelander fromThe Boysfloated as two possible, but unconfirmed, options. However, fans should take all this leaked information with a massive grain of salt until the official announcement comes, whenever that may be.
