A mysterious internet page recently surfaced that caused a surge inGTA 6rumors and speculation as Rockstar Games does little to dispel rumors of the next-genGrand Theft Auto. While Rockstar Games hasn’t confirmed or denied rumors circulating aboutGrand Theft Auto 6, a prominent leaker suggested that this web page could be hinting at futureGTA Onlinecontent if notGrand Theft Auto 6.

On April 6th, Rockstar Games posted a news page for Naturalist rewards inRed Dead Redemption Online, but just a day later they hinted at something far more interesting totheGrand Theft Autocommunity. The mysterious web page listed shortly thereafter by Rockstar Games doesn’t giveGTAfans much to go by, as it’s simply numbered 62005 and it gives viewers an error code (e398) when they attempt to view its contents.

Rockstar Games' web page numbered 62005 is causingplenty ofGrand Theft Auto 6rumors, but a prominentGrand Theft Autoleaker known as Tez2 is suggesting that the page is hinting at futureGTA Onlinecontent. While Tez2 hasn’t dispelled rumors aboutGTA 6any more than Rockstar Games, it may be possible thatGrand Theft Autofans have an upcoming announcement to look forward to whether they’re looking for moreGTA Onlineor a straight-up sequel to the long-running franchise.

“So, Rockstar skipped an article once again," said leaker Tez2 on theGTAforums. “Could mean nothing or simply reserved for a ‘GTA OnlineJob Spotlight’ article etc. Heck, may not evenhave to do withGTA Online.”

YouTuber MrBossFTW has also chimed in on this Rockstar Games mystery page, claiming thatGrand Theft Auto 6is in full development and that it was likely in pre-production for a year or two. Rumors also suggest that development has fluctuated in completion since pre-production due to shifting direction. Some of therumors circulating aboutGTA 6involve the setting of the nextGrand Theft Auto, suggesting either Miami, Las Vegas, Mexico City, Chicago (or Detroit), or a small town with more emphasis on realism and immersion. Considering Rockstar Games' page 62005 is a dead page with no information, the rumors arose from the fact that it exists rather than the information contained within it.
