Summary
The Marine Admirals are some of the strongest people in theOne Pieceworld. Known to be the strongest asset of the World Government, the Marine Admirals are exceptionally overpowered, blessed with tremendous Devil Fruit abilities. They also command Haki at a very high level and, thus, they are feared all over the world.
Even some strong pirates struggle fighting against the Marine Admirals and that just goes to show how powerful they are. Of course, the Marine Admirals are not invincible. There are quite a lot of characters inOne Piecewho possess strength that is far greater than that of the Admirals.
10Sengoku
Sengoku is the former Fleet Admiral of the Marines. He is from the legendary age that preceded the Great Pirate Era. Sangoku was so strong that even Roger considered him to be a worthy opponent, which just goes to show that he possessed tremendous powers himself.
His usage of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu was never shown properly, however, during Marineford, he was able to strike the entirety of the Blackbeard crew by himself. He is certainly stronger than the Marine Admirals, especially since he has access to Conqueror’s Haki.
9Sakazuki
Sakazuki is the current Fleet Admiral of the Marines and it goes without saying that he’s stronger than the regular Admirals. Sakazuki is exceptionally overpowered. He possesses one of the strongest Devil Fruits inOne Pieceand his Haki is exceptionally refined as well.
It is unknown if he has access to Conqueror’s Haki or not, however, fans will likely find that out in the Final Saga. Regardless, Sakazuki certainly is going to be stronger than all the Admirals.
8Garp
The legendary Hero of the Marines, Garp is an exceptional fighter who was worthy of rivaling the likes of Roger in combat. Even though he does not have a Devil Fruit, Garp is strong enough to be considered among the mightiest to have ever lived.
His Haki is so refined that even the strongest cannot stand in his way. In fact, even in his old age, he was able to outclass Kuzan in combat and that is proof of him being stronger than the Admirals.
7Mihawk
The World’s Strongest Swordsman, Mihawk is a mighty pirate with a bounty of 3.590 billion berries. Mihawk has already gone down in history as a legendary figure and his infamy continues to grow with time.
Given the fact that he was assigned such a high bounty and that he could easily have been a Yonko if he wanted to, Mihawk is certainly a character stronger than the Admirals.
6Luffy
Luffy is one of the newly appointed Yonkoand he is certainly in a league of his own. He was able to defeat Kaido recently, thanks to the awakening of his Devil Fruit.
Luffy also fought against Kizaru and defeated him in combat recently. It goes without saying that at full power, he’s stronger than any Admiral.
5Dragon
Dragon isthe leader of the Revolutionary Army, and being a member of the Monkey D. Family only means that Dragon is going to be exceptionally overpowered.
His number two, Sabo, is capable of fighting against Admirals on an even footing. This only implies that Dragon himself is on a level higher than the Admirals of the Navy.
4Blackbeard
One of the Four Emperors, Blackbeard is one of the strongest characters in theOne Pieceworld at the moment. His boundary of 3.996 billion berries certainly goes to show for it.
He’s the only character with two Devil Fruits and he wields both of them with great control. Blackbeard is a menace for anyone to take on and combat and no Admiral stands a chance against him.
3Shanks
Shanks is most likely the strongest of the current Four Emperorsand he has the highest known active bounty at the moment, which amounts to 4.0489 billion berries. Shanks is tremendously powerful despite not having any Devil Fruit.
His Haki is so overpowered that he could destroy a pirate worth 3 billion berries and his right-hand man in a single swing of his sword. By all means, Shanks is much stronger than the Admirals.
2Five Elders
The Five Elders were believed to be political figures by many until recently, however, in the final saga, their demonic powers were finally revealed. The Five Elders are not just political figures but also possess tremendous strength.
Just one of them,Saint Saturn, proved himself to be stronger than the Admirals on Egghead.It is quite clear that all of them are going to be on a level much higher than that of Marine Admirals.
1Imu
Imu is the sovereign of the world and certainly one of the most dangerous people alive. They have a Devil Fruit power and this was also revealed to the fansrecently in the Final Saga.
Their strength appears to be superior to that of the Five Elders and that in itself is confirmation that Imu is going to be stronger than the Marine Admirals as well. It wouldn’t be a surprise to any fan if Imu turned out to be the strongest of all One Piece characters.
