With each and every update,Cyberpunk 2077is getting better and better. It may never be the definitive, next-gen RPG many fans hoped it would be, but as it moves forward, it becomes a game more worth playing. While bugs and performance issues are the priority, there are aspects of the game that haven’t sat well with some fans, and those issues inCyberpunk 2077may be harder to fix. For example,Cyberpunk 2077’s character background customization(the full extent of it anyway), car customization, various forms of transportation, third-person gameplay, manageable real estate, wallrunning, and a sixth attribute were all cut....

While it might not have been the game that was promised, there is still plenty to love aboutCyberpunk 2077. As the year continues to pass by, fans are expectantly waiting for any word from CD Projekt Red on the game’s upcoming free DLC. There has been plenty ofspeculation and even a leak or two regarding what’s in store for Vwhen the DLC finally releases, but one aspect of the base game that could use some tweaking in future iterations and updates is the lifepath system....

Quick Links Destiny 2’s Season of the Haunted is now allowing players to jump into Grandmaster Nightfall Strikes as of its seventh week, and there is a new rotation made of six Strikes that players can choose from. In fact, players can tackle Grandmaster Nightfalls in whatever order they prefer, as long as they haven’t completed them already, as the free checkpoint for each of them is only valid for the first completion of the Season....

This week inDestiny 2, another leak likely revealed a bit more information than Bungie would have liked. While very much unverified, fans have been dissecting a recent image that surfaced online, seeminglydepicting the Witch Queen Savathun. While the Hive leader has been a central figure for much of the recent storylines in game, she’s never made herself known to players, giving her this aura of mystery. If the leaked image is indeed true, fans may be able to get an early look at the upcoming villain....

Diablo 4’s endgame closed beta is now underway, and gigabytes of gameplay footage from the game’s later sections are now being uploaded to the Internet. Activision Blizzard recently announced that it would invite players to participate in the game’s beta, and though all participants are almost certain to have signed NDAs to keep the gameplay from leaking out, that seems to have been slightly ineffective. Diablo 4has already had a fair few leaks, of course, one of which was a 40-minute gameplay video that gave players a good idea of what to expect out of Blizzard’s next flagshipDiablogame....

There remains very little concrete information onDragon Age 4, including its official title. Outside of concept art and other reported details, the only real news about it seems to be whenever a BioWare staff member leaves. Thedeparture ofDragon Ageseries’ creative director Mike Laidlawfrom the project and the company in 2017 was enough to make fans worried aboutDragon Age 4’s progress and now it has lost its second creative director. In an email sent out to staff by BioWare general manager Gary McKay, it was announced that the current senior creative director of theDragon Ageseries, Matt Goldman, is leaving the company....

AnElden Ringfan shares an image comparing the sizes of all dragons in the game. The relative scale of each dragon inElden Ringcompared to each other shows what players can expect when fighting the beasts. The season finale ofHouse of the Dragonshowed a huge dragon in the distance in comparison to another much smaller one, creating a striking visual that displays just how big these creatures can get. Because of the inclusion of the large-winged creatures,fans ofGame of Thronesmay enjoyElden Ringseeing as how there are also many dragons that players will have to stand up against in its unforgiving world....

The beauty inElden Ring’s progression scheme is that it doesn’t exist. It’s an imaginary, self-imposed railroading that players who are used to hand-holding from other open-world games keep trying to find inElden Ring. It takes a while to shake that habit off and once players do, a whole new world of opportunities opens up in the form of shortcuts.
