Persona 3 Reloadlets players summon new Personas throughShuffle Timeachieved at the end of fights. After a Persona is summoned, players can level them up and give them new skills, and can also fuse them into new Personas to make something even stronger.
While Elizabeth has over 100 requests to complete, ten of them will be Fusion Requests. While many Fusion Requests require players to make a specific Persona with a specific skill, Request 87 is a bit easier, only asking players to fuse Loki of the Fool Arcana.
How to Fuse Loki in Persona 3 Reload
There are a few different methods to fuse Loki, with players needing to be at leastlevel 69to fuse him or 64 with the Sun Major Arcana card active in Tartarus. The easiest method is byfusing Seth and Succubus. Seth is only a level 62 Persona, and Succubus is a level 47, making this the easiest fusion to get Loki earlier into the game or just at a lower level.
Another option is to start with White Rider, who is a level 46 Persona.White Rider can be fused with either Skadi or Sandalphon.Skadi is the easier option and is only a level 68 Persona, while Sandalphon is a level 80 Persona only available for fusion after completing theMoon Social Link,though this can result in a Loki with much more powerful skills than any other fusion option.
How Powerful Is Loki
Elizabeth does specifically request a Loki that is level 75. While players can fuse and level up Loki, he is a Persona of the Fool Arcana, andfusing him after 12/31, when this social link maxes out, will have him reach the required level immediately. Loki is a very versatile and powerful magic-focused Persona, starting off with all four of the main element’s tier-three single-target spells, learning Megidola at level 72.
While Loki is weak to fire, he nulls ice, blocks dark, and absorbs wind with a repel fire skill, making him perfect for even the final battle. Taking Loki to the Arcade in Paulownia Mall can help quickly max out its magic stat. While Loki alone is a powerful option, he is also required in some of the very top-tier fusions, with any player at least needing him for something. Completing thisElizabeth requestwill also give players the Masakados, to fuse Masakado and complete the final Elizabeth fusion request.
