Pokemon Legends: Arceushas been out for over a month now, with fans experiencing the open-worldPokemongame that distanced itself heavily from other entries in the mainline series of games. Straying from the traditionalPokemonformula,Pokemon Legends: Arceustakes elements from theMystery Dungeongames, transporting the player from a modern world into the world ofPokemon, and doesn’t allow for trainer battles in the way they exist in the other titles. Instead, the game has been compared by some fans toThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, for the way it focuses on players building up their team to fight huge boss Pokemon.
With a large open-world for players to explore though, and graphics that let players exist in an area filled with roaming Pokemon allowed out of their Poke Balls, meaning thatPokemon Legends: Arceusallows for some photo opportunities unlike any of the other mainlinePokemongames. While it might not be a great idea for players to take a selfie with some wild or Alpha Pokemon, as this can end up with the player being attacked and knocked out in-game, one player has managed to create an impressive series of photos using the game.
