The end result is the lassoed NPC getting dragged in midair behind the vehicle at extremely high speeds. Though, the only way for this to occur is for the vehicle in question to be going several times faster than their typical in-game speed.

Despite the overwhelming realism withinRed Dead Redemption 2, there are some extreme periods of downtime as a result, such as some long animations of the player picking up objects. This mod in question probably allows trains to travel faster and can now create hilarious moments like this.
