Twitchstreamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel has been left visibly frustrated over a series of incidents that saw the police keep showing up at his house. The 27-year-old entertainer had an eventful few weeks, with xQc recently bemoaning thestate ofGrand Theft Auto OnlineRP server NoPixelafter disclosing his co-ownership of the platform.
A former professionalOverwatchplayer, xQc focused on his streaming career after being released from Dallas Fuel in 2018. Several years later,xQc moved back to his home country of Canadaover excessive police raids. During his time stateside, Lengyel was a popular target for swatting, a criminal harassment tactic of deceiving police into raiding a victim’s household over a false threat.

The move seemingly failed to thin out xQc’s encounters with the police, who kept showing up at his house over the last few days. In a June 7 tweet, the streamer shared a brief video tour of one of his homes that ended with a glimpse of a patrol car with flashing emergency lights and a police officer standing at his doorstep. Just before the video cuts off, xQc thanks the officer for “helping out.” TheTwitchstreamer’s tweet containing the clip did not elaborate on the matter beyond a sarcastic remark about how he loves “owning a nice house and being able to live in it peacefully,” written in all caps.
A day later, xQc revealed that the police were at his house yet again during a live stream. The ex-proOverwatchplayer was much more visibly frustrated during this disclosure, proclaiming that he doesn’t “care what happens anymore.” He also reiterated that he is not doing anything illegal which would warrant such incessant police scrutiny. Some of his followers took to social media to speculate that these repeated incidents are in some way connected toxQc and Adept’s messy divorce drama.
Lengyel claimed that he was never married to Adept—whose real name is Samantha Lopez—as late as January 2023, but Texas court filings soon revealed that the pair had a divorce trial scheduled to begin on May 19. In a subsequent stream from May 31, Adept revealed that she and xQc have been married for three years, adding that she has long been trying to “tell the truth” about her relationship with the Canadian content creator.
It is unclear whether this latest string of police incidents is somehow related to the ongoing divorce trial proceedings between Lopez and Lengyel. The latter’s building frustrations over the ordeal may also partially stem from the fact that he was recently unable to get emergency assistance when he actually needed it, asxQc previously revealed the police couldn’t help him during a home break-in.
