PvP is not made available immediately. How To Invade
Going on the offensive will show players a few qualifiers. High-level players will have their stats and gear adjusted to match the player they are fighting. Their health pool is also adjusted way down.

This feature keeps all PvP battles in the favor of the player being invaded. However,not all virtues are equaland some late-game weapons, even when scaled down, are still far better than what can be made available in the early going. A well-geared player will still have a notable chance o beating the person they invade.
Getting Invaded
This setting will be on by default and not be toggled off for gamers who do not want an invasion to ruin their game. Even for those not interested in PvP, it might be wise to leave this on. Players can accumulate accolades this way and the invader is usually at a disadvantage, even if they’vehit the maximum level.
