A fan ofThe Legend of Zeldaseries took to social media to showcase their impressive collection of games, consoles, and merchandise from the series that they have accumulated over many years. For their effort, theZeldafan received compliments for their collection’s quantity and some of the obscure items within it.

From its original release in 1986 on the Famicom to the recentTears of the Kingdomon the Switch,The Legend of Zeldaseries has released plenty of merchandiseover the years. Between t-shirts, strategy guides, special controllers and consoles, and Amiibo figures, Nintendo’s long-running adventure series has seen a variety of collectibles for fans to enjoy. While some collectibles are commonplace,Zeldahas also had several obscure items that have become more valuable over time. One player took it upon themselves to collect nearly every Zelda game and console to date and showed off their progress.

A Reddit user named AmnonL showed off eight pictures of their immenseLegend of Zeldacollection on the r/zelda subreddit. In the screenshots, AmnonL showed off multiple locked shelves that featured physicalcopies of differentZeldagames, ranging from the Wii U version ofBreath of the Wildto the much-maligned Philips CDi releases such asThe Wand of GamelonandZelda’s Adventure. AmnonL’s collection also featured collector’s editions of games such asTwilight Princess HDand graded collectible copies ofThe Wind Wakeron the GameCube, and each edition of theSuper Smash Bros.series due to the appearance ofZeldacharacters in every entry to date.

Among the stranger pieces of AmnonL’s collection are aZeldachess set, a themed Yahtzee game, and a set of kitchen utensils bearing theZeldaseries logos on the handles. As for hardware, AmnonL showed off some Nintendo 3DS consoles and controllers, ranging from Wii Remotes to Joy-Con controllers and a Wii U GamePad with golden print on the edges. Within a few hours, AmnonL received over 600 upvotes on r/zelda for their collection. Despite looking like it’smade for aZelda-themed room, AmnonL said that the collection is in their living room and that it still has room to grow. AmnonL said that some Japan-exclusive items and some game soundtracks are on their list of sought-after items. AmnonL said that they are open to collecting comics and other forms of officialZeldamedia, and left the thread open to see what other users will suggest.

Giventhe success ofTears of the Kingdom, theZeldaseries is showing no signs of slowing down. It remains to be seen what merchandise Nintendo will release for fans to collect in the future.
